Theresa Peltier
Theresa started her career with KinderCare at the White Bear Lake location as a Teacher's Aide in the Infant Classroom. While working on her Child Development Associate's Credential, Theresa worked as a Teacher in the Prekindergarten room. In 2011 Theresa took the opportunity to work as an Assistant Director at the Oakdale KinderCare, in 2012 she became the Director at that location. Theresa became the Center Director here at the West St. Paul location in December of 2013.

Tracy Droubie
Tracy is the Assistant Center Director at the West St Paul KinderCare. She has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Tracy has been with the West St. Paul KinderCare since 1994, starting out as a school age teacher. Tracy is dedicated to the children and families at our center and extremely passionate about education. Tracy resides in the St. Paul area with her husband and son.
